Boustead Projects was listed on 30 April 2015 on the SGX Mainboard by way of an introduction of shares.

Our ticker symbol is AVM.

Our financial year ends on 31 March.

Our first half results are released not more than 45 days after the end of first half of the financial year ending 30th September, and our full year financial results are released not more than 60 days after the end of the financial year ending 31st March.

Our AGM is usually held during the last week of July or on a date that is not more than 120 days after the end of the financial year.

The total number of outstanding shares issued is 313,260,631 ordinary shares as at 27 January 2023.

We do not have a fixed dividend policy. The amount, form and frequency of dividends will depend on many factors including our capital requirements, cash flow, earnings, general business and financial conditions, growth plans and results of operations as our Board may determine.

Our Share Buyback Mandate was approved during an extraordinary general meeting in FY2016. Only shares which are issued and fully paid-up may be purchased. We have authorisation from shareholders to repurchase up to a maximum of 10% of our issued share capital in any approved year.

Our business platforms, strategies and business model value chain collectively form our business drivers, which highlight how we combine our core competencies and strategies for international markets to ultimately deliver sustainable value to shareholders and other stakeholders. Our core businesses are uniquely integrated to support the business park and industrial real estate ecosystem, comprising:

  • Turnkey engineering, full-fledged integrated digital delivery (“IDD”), and construction and project management encompassing design-and-build;
  • Real estate development, leasing and asset management; and
  • Real estate fund management including being the sponsor and manager of Boustead Industrial Fund, a scalable private property trust platform for business park, logistics and industrial leasehold properties, and joint owner of Echo Base-BP Capital Pte Ltd, an Asia-centric fund management and services platform focused on smart buildings and integrated developments.

We operate primarily in Singapore but have expanded our business in China, Malaysia and Vietnam. We also evaluate potential markets elsewhere in South East Asia.
